Hello,

In dev environment we have a deployment target setup as an SSH Connection to an Ubuntu server. The deployment works fine. In our QA environment however the Ubuntu server runs on a different network and we cannot connect to it. We want to deploy using a deployment target of offline package drop. We have done this successfully with a Windows server however how can you do this with an Ubuntu server?

Thanks

    Hi,

Our current approach for offline deployments relies heavily on Powershell and batch files, so it won't work on Linux servers. We currently don't have plans to support this scenario, but I've created a uservoice suggestion so the community can speak up and let us know if its something they'd like to see implemented: http://octopusdeploy.uservoice.com/forums/170787-general/suggestion...

    Regards,

    Dalmiro
