Say for example you want to run a step to get two values Prior to Deployment and then you want to check these post deployment.. how would you typically go about storing these variables?

(via powershell preferably) - Im just trying to think if something is possible before I waste time on knocking a POC together (I'm not too familiar with octopus pipelines etc)

    Hi David,

Thanks for getting in touch! I guess you could try to use Output Variables but to help you better I would need to know the problem you are trying to solve. Can you provide me with more details?

Please let me know how you go.

    Regards,

    Pawel

    Perfect,

I dont want to put too many details on a public forum, but suffice to say I am thinking of a simple pester test pre and post deployment to verify a value has changed or similar :)
