Environment-specific project variable templates

Hello!

We're trying to set up multi-tenant deployment, and I've been reading and following this guide:
https://octopus.com/docs/deployment-patterns/multi-tenant-deployments/multi-tenant-deployment-guide/working-with-tenant-specific-variables

However, I can't seem to be able to set these variables per environment. For example, in my multi tenant project I created a variable template called Tenant.Database.Name. If I then go to a tenant and connect the project to it, I am asked to select which environments this tenant should be connected to as well. I select "Production" and "Test", but there is no option to specify the Tenant.Database.Name variable per environment, seems like its only possible to specify it for both environments.

However, in the tutorial it seems like it should be possible:

What am I missing here?

Thank you.

I guess I should've scrolled down before opening a ticket, looks like that's where its located in the new UI. My bad!
