In one of our scripts we are using Calamari folder path, D:\Octopus\calamari\4.1.5. Right now we are changing version number whenever a new version releases. Is there a way to get this version number dynamically?

We do not keep that version number anywhere, your best bet is getting the last created directory in that folder:

    get-childitem c:\octopus\calamari | Sort-Object { $_.CreationTime } -Descending | select -first 1
