hello, we love your product (and are an enterprise user, looking to buy another enterprise license, too)

but we would like to create and destroy octopus server instances as part of our infrastructure-as-code continuous integration/testing procedures...

is there a way to automate the request of a 45-day enterprise trial key to use with our chef recipes?

we would appreciate any help you can provide,

Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately we do not have a public way of doing this and it is not something we have any future plans to do. I'm wondering if you are aware that your enterprise license entitles you to up to three separate instances of Octopus server on the same license? These instances must be connected to separate Databases or they will be considered a High Availability configuration which requires a High Availability license.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help here. Please feel free to send through any questions.

    Best regards,
    Daniel
